NOTE: If you enter an apology for a DATE RANGE which INCLUDES next meeting, please enter "is Attending - Apology" for next meeting as well, because the future date range takes effect AFTER the next system roll-over (3.30pm Friday before).

ALSO -  if the "+" at the end of the Apology Start/End date row does not work, simply edit your OLD dates.
